TJ Auto glass is a by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Same day installation and when paint came off of the roof of my car, no fault of theirs, my roof was repainted at no extra charge unbelievable!!! I give this business 100 stars plus! Good people.

Broke off my rearview mirror trying to put on an aftermarket piece. I was able to walk in same day and have the mirror put back on. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful and professional staff- will definitely come back for anything I need related to auto glass in the future.

Tj auto glass was great. They fit me in same day and did an amazing job on replacing my windshield. They very well priced I definitely suggest using them.

TJ and the crew were awesome. Safelite could not do the repair so I went to TJ and they got it done immediately and without an appointment. They don't accept appointments by the way. I was very pleasantly surprised when they had my 96 4Runner (actually a Toyota Hilux) windshield in stock. Evidently they keep a large inventory of windshields at all times.

I've used this business twice now in 4years to replace my auto glass, following rock damage to my vehicle's front windshield. They provide phone/email quotes and offer very fair/competitive prices for auto glass. Their price was lowest of 5 quotes I researched before choosing TJ's. The glass I needed was in stock and is touted to be rated as an OEM replacement, so that's a plus. The front-business staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they're doing. I recommend this place if you find you're in need of auto glass repair/replacement and you live in the area. Easy to find/access, just off of I-66 in Manassas.

Excellent service

I had a new windshield installed in our 2019 Ford EcoSport. A technician came to our home for the install. excellent communication and install. Was so impressed, I took my 1995 Chevy van in for a new windshield. After pulling windshield, I was shown the damage due to years of water leaks. The metal was sanded sealed, primed prior to putting in new windshield. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Prices were inexpensive, and workmanship excellent. Highly recommend using them.

Nick and TJ went the extra mile to help me fix a water leak problem even though my windshield wasn’t installed here. They did some testing/diagnosis and discovered that the leak wasn’t caused by the windshield, but probably by some part under the hood coming loose, so they glued it down nice and secured, installed new covers/caps, and even resealed my windshield. They didn’t charge me a penny for their time and all the work they did. Thank you so much, Nick and TJ. I truly appreciate it. I’m not seeing the water leak anymore. You guys are the best.

TJ’s is the truth! Their prices are very fair and they don’t try to bait and switch you once you get to the shop like some of the other window shops I’ve been to in the area. It’s been about 8-9 months since I had my windshield replaced but they did a great job and I haven’t had any problems since. Would definitely continue to come here for any of my window needs!

5 star service on high end cars, TJ does great work and got my M3 in and out. Customer service was great i called ahead they didn’t have my glass in stock but ordered it in the correct shade. Couldn’t come due to the snow storm but they had no issues with me coming in two weeks later. Definitely recommended for service and pricing.

TJ’s is honest, professional, and fair. I felt very comfortable here as a solo woman seeking car service. If they can’t fix your problem, they’ll do the best they can and tell you where to go. I thought I had a windshield leak. After investigation, they said the windshield was all fine, it was my sunroof drains and showed me the issue. It was beyond their expertise so they sent me to an auto body shop. They charged me practically nothing for their time; a dealership would’ve charged hundreds for just looking at it! I would definitely go back to this place, I trust them to do good work for a good price.

Jeep decided to have 2 different model Wrangler Unlimited for the 2018 year. Tjs had the elusive 2018 JLU "all new body style" windshield I needed at a substantially lower price than anyone else. In and out in a little over an hour. I highly recommend this shop.

Good customer service fixed my car windshield

These folks replaced the windshield on our 2021 Toyota Highlander. They are part of a Windshield Warranty approved supplier list which our dealer provided at the time of sale. We contacted them regarding the crack in our windshield. They sourced a brand new OEM windshield and we dropped off our vehicle. They were done in the time specified and the work was flawless. Being a new car, we were worried about damage to the vehicle from the install but they definitely know what they are doing. Professional attitude, follow up communications and courteous in person. We are fortunate to have come here.

I called about having the windshield replaced on my 03 Rav4.
I had already called 2-3 other Glass Shops about getting estimates to have the windshield replaced.

Great service at a great price. By far the cheapest quote I received and the service was great! TJ and his staff got my vehicle in same day, had the windshield in stock, and quickly installed it. Needed a full windshield replacement. Safelight wanted me to wait 2 weeks and then pay an exorbitant amount. TJ's asked for one day's lead time to order the glass, then completed it for $200 less than what I was quoted everywhere else. amazing service, will definitely recommend.

I used TJ's Glass to replace a front windshield on my truck. They were quick and kind. The next day the glass developed a stress crack. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. I had scheduled a repair with another company through my insurance, they canceled on me 90 minutes in to my five hour window and never called or responded to rescheduling, four attempts to reach them by phone failed when they're automated system kept hanging up on me. This was after waiting two weeks for the appointment and they weren't going to be able to reschedule me for two more weeks!!!

So I called my insurance back and they got me connected with TJ's and they had availability for me next day. They called me back a couple hours later to see if they could come today, to which they did! The technician was super friendly, showed up within half an hour and had the repair done quickly! Everyone at TJ's was super nice and they provided prompt and excellent service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!!
